What we collect

• Sellers: name, shop name, phone, email, island, photos and the listings you post.
• Buyers: nothing is needed to browse. If you send a quotation, report, giveaway entry or “Looking for…” request, we keep the name and phone number you type.
• Bidders: your name and mobile number. To check the number we receive the message you send to our WhatsApp business number, or the contact you share with our Telegram bot. We only use the sender's number to confirm it is yours.
• Notice board: the notice, photo, name and phone number you post. Notices are public while they are on the board.
• Alerts and notifications: what you asked to be told about, and the notification address your phone gives us when you tap “Turn on”. It is only used to send the notifications you asked for, and you can turn it off any time in your phone or browser settings.
• Basic technical data (cookies to remember your language, saved items, list, alerts and login).

How we use it

Only to run the marketplace: show listings, let buyers and sellers contact each other, run auctions and giveaways, stop scams and abuse. We do not sell your data and do not send advertising messages.

Who can see it

Sellers' shop details are public. A bidder's full number is shown only to the seller of an auction they win. Reports and verification messages are seen only by the Naifaru Market admin.

How long we keep it

Quotations are deleted after 7 days, giveaways 15 days after they end, number-check codes after 1 day, buyer requests and notices 30 days after they end, and alerts after 90 days without a visit. You can ask us to delete your account or data any time.
